Technical Performance Textiles

Every code moves differently.
So should your fabric.

We don't run one fabric for every sport. Our range spans breathable mesh knits for summer codes through to heavier-weight interlock for contact winter sports — each fully dye-sublimation ready, with the GSM, stretch and UPF specs published before you order.

Inside the workshop

Why we spec fabrics by sport, not by price.

A prop forward and a winger need different cloth. We match weight, stretch and moisture performance to the demands of your code — and print your full design into the fabric with dye-sublimation so it never cracks or peels.

Send for a physical swatch pack and feel the difference before you commit a full squad order.

Before You Order

Common fabric questions.

What fabric is best for a custom rugby jersey?

For contact sports we recommend TS Interknit — a dense 240 gsm interlock knit that resists scrum abrasion, holds its shape and prints full-colour crests without distortion.

Are all fabrics dye-sublimation compatible?

Yes. Interknit, Cool-Dri Mesh, Flexi-Lite Spandex and Micro-Grid Fleece are all dye-sublimation ready, so logos and sponsor panels are printed into the fabric and won't crack or peel.

Can I get a free swatch pack before ordering?

Yes — use the swatch form on this page and we'll post physical samples of your shortlisted fabrics, free of charge, anywhere in Australia.

What GSM are your fabrics?

Our range spans 130 gsm lightweight mesh up to 260 gsm fleece: Cool-Dri Mesh 130 gsm, Flexi-Lite Spandex 180 gsm, Interknit 240 gsm and Micro-Grid Fleece 260 gsm.
